Hi, we’re Hardale AV, technical specialists based in the North West with over 20 years of experience providing technical support for arts installation and performance. We work across theatre, live events, gallery shows and education helping to bring creative visions to life through audio, video, lighting, and interactive technologies.
Over the years, we’ve worked with some fantastic venues, companies, and clients, including BBC, Royal Television Society, Twitter (now X), Akram Khan Dance Company, Fuel Theatre, HOME, The Lowry, and the Royal Exchange Theatre. We’ve provided technical support for theatre productions, gallery installations, live performances, and corporate events, ensuring seamless delivery from setup to showtime.
Our expertise covers sound, lighting, and media technologies, employing a range of software and hardware including Max, Pro Tools, Arduino, Raspberry Pi, xLights, Processing, After Effects, QLab and more.
We love the challenge of translating creative ideas into technical reality. Whether it’s planning and installing an immersive art installation, designing and operating sound & lighting for a theatre production, or creating and configuring video projection and mapping solutions for a live show, we thrive on making sure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes.
When we’re not knee-deep in cables and control systems, we’re usually exploring new tech, upskilling in creative digital technologies, or working on creative projects. We’re always up for a new challenge and love collaborating with artists, performers, and production teams to push the boundaries of what’s possible.
If you need technical support for an arts project, installation, or performance, feel free to get in touch – we’d love to chat!
